A RESERVATION WILL NOT BE VALID UNTIL CONFIRMED BY US VIA EMAIL!

To ensure the safety and well being of all the dogs at our facility, our guidelines include:
Age: All dogs must be at least 12 weeks of age or older with three sets of vaccinations.
A CLEAN Fecal, no older than 8 days, is required for dogs 6 month or younger.
Sex: All dogs, 7 months and older, must be spayed or neutered.
Shots: ALL dog

Shots: ALL dogs must be current on DAPP , Rabies (if over 16 weeks) and Bordatella (canine cough) vaccinations
Vaccinations must be given at least 2 days before coming to our facility.
Bordatella is administered, most likely, every six months and must be given at least 2 days prior to coming to our
facility.
Vet records required for all Vaccinations.
All dogs must be on an acceptable flea prevention.
Rabies vaccination is required for ALL dogs 4 months or older.

Health: All dogs must be in good health. Owners will be asked to certify their dog(s) are in good health and have not
been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days.(Vet records required)
Upon admission, all dogs must be free from any condition that could potentially jeopardize other guests. Dogs who have been ill with a communicable
condition in the last 30 days will require veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or readmitted.
Once admitted, please alert Dogs Live Happy Staff to any change in your dog’s health that requires medication, even if it will
not require to administer it.
If your dog is not feeling well, ie. Vomiting or diarrhea, please do not bring your dog to us.
Fleas & Ticks: To be extra safe, please make sure that your pets flea and tick treatment is current. This will prevent him from giving other guests bugs, and keep him from picking any up as well. In the event that your pet has extensive fleas, a Capstar and/or flea dip will be administered for a nominal fee.

Food : To prevent any digestive problems (upset stomach, diarrhea, vomit, etc) we ask you to please bring your own food.
Please make sure that the food is , preferably already in serving portions, in a re-sealable bag or plastic container with your pets name on it.
Please do NOT bring a food bag bigger than 5 lbs for a s
What to pack:
Food : To prevent any digestive problems (upset stomach, diarrhea, vomit, etc) we ask you to please bring your own food.
Please make sure that the food is , preferably already in serving portions, in a re-sealable bag or plastic container with your pets name on it.
Please do NOT bring a food bag bigger than 5 lbs for a short stay, one week or less!
Make sure that special feeding instructions are written down for us. Feel free to bring treats and toys also.
NOTE: SAFETY Messures: we will not give your dog any rawhides, meat bones or tennis balls while boarding with us.
Bedding : Comfy bedding will be provided for those who don’t bring their own, providing that they are not prone to chewing. You may bring your bedding from home as long as it is machine washable. Please be aware that sometimes bedding is chewed or destroyed when left. Toys may also be brought at your own risk.
RX Medicines will be administered as directed by a Veterinarian. If your pet takes meds easier in a special treat or peanut butter, please provide & inform us of this!
We no longer offer Doggy Daycare.
